  • The gift of time to relax and unwind.
  • The gift of reading for fun from that tall stack of to be read books.
  • Time to binge watch your favorite TV program or movies series.
  • Turn on music and dance or sit and let it wash over you.
  • Say no to everyone else for one day and focus on yourself
  • Give yourself a pampering Spa day. Whether that’s a mani-pedi, a massage or a delicious soak in the tub.
  • Take a walk through nature, a museum, an art gallery or an arboretum and draw that beauty into your soul.,

I’m sure you can think of other things you’d love to do. And for those who can only feel relaxed when they are busy how about thoroughly cleaning your house, Then bask in the revitalizing feeling you get from a job well done.
